RPSL affiliate NESL has provided staffing services under a long term contract for oil and gas for a leading IOC, operating under a PSC structure in Bangladesh, along with associated administrative and support services. Services includes:
- Arranging expatriate personnel for onward engagement with the client.
- Arrange employment visa and work permit through NESL employment facility.
- Arrange referral services for foreign nationals, mobilization / demobilization of personnel, transportation, accommodation and travel formalities for field staff.
- Protocol and assistance services to expatriates of client and other partner companies of client.
- Immigration / Visa services such visa extension, category change, multiple visa.
- Arranging customs clearance.
- Assisting employees in obtaining local bank account in Bangladesh
- Airport reception and protocol, security Clearance services
- Managing in / outward remittance (FEX) on behalf of employees
- Arrange supplemental insurance not covered in basic insurance of employee, prepare salary sheets / OT logs & leave roster for the staff.
- Maintain duty roster and time sheet for the staff etc.
- Ensure income tax compliance for the employees as required by the Bangladeshi tax authorities
- Structuring tax arrangements, including implementation of double taxation treaty rules
